PATIENCE

...we wait...waiting seems long...infinitely long...like a narrow long dark corridor...until the light appears ahead...waiting is about patience...to patiently wait...to patiently realize...to patiently consider and observe... the coin has, as we know, several sides...important that all sides are illuminated, seen through and analyzed...this is part of patience's song...not to be in a hurry...for what does haste have to offer?...what is over there?...that which we eagerly long for...acceptance of patience...maybe the bus will come...maybe not... maybe it comes today...or maybe tomorrow...hurry, hurry...to what?...enlightenment cannot be forced or rushed...it needs time and maturity...different variables need to be present, fit together, be puzzled together, put in place...the result is not known in advance and patience lies in accepting this...
...plans, prospects and projects...humans never get enough of such things...when one project is completed, the next must immediately begin...no one thinks about enlightenment...the only life project that actually needs to be realized...
...in patience, horizons also widen...to accept what is, let go of what has been and receive what comes...even if it is not expected or desired...patience with one's own shortcomings and ailments... as well as with others'...my ailments are also your ailments and vice versa... people pretend as if these ailments don't exist...but hurry... hurry...hurry on...
...after death comes rebirth...something new starts...a new project...and that project may turn out differently than the previous one...well, what happens when the plan goes to nothing?...well, a new plan must be forged...it doesn't turn out as intended, but in another way...
...one can learn from everything...when we are foolish, we learn nothing from anything... we do the same thing over and over again...are blinded by ignorance, lack motivation and ability to open, reflect and mirror...so what do we do in this moment?...analyze more...contemplate even more...include more... changed plans are born anew...we have to let the old be, tie up the sack and move on...
...what actually composes attachment?...a clinging to an idea, a project, a person, a vision, structures, or perhaps existence itself...clinging keeps the illusion alive...and when the illusion disperses, what remains then?...and when even this is gone, what remains then?...nothing remains in the end...no doing, no opinion, no thinking, no planning, no existence in time and space...clear and pure consciousness remains...
