HAPPINESS

To be happy is a favorable living condition that is primarily created through lovingness. All more genuine experiences of happiness are generated when lovingness becomes more intimate and heartfelt. When one says to someone 'I love you', this message, under truly heartfelt conditions, is composed of a wish that the addressed may exist in a fortunate state of being. To love thus means, or should ideally mean, that one naturally and consciously seeks to bring happiness to living beings.

Such a happiness-wishing attitude can then also contain variants of related chords, depending on the context. When, for example, a parent spontaneously gives an expression of love to their preschool child, it often occurs from an unconditional basic attitude. The well-calibrated parent expects no confirmations, does not need to be virtuous and is not fishing for favorable consequences of the love expression. All such things have already been integrated. The love expression is spontaneously natural, self-evident, and unhindered... much like when one drinks a delightful glass of sparkling water when thirsty and experiences the refreshing and pleasantly balancing effect in one's human body, in one's psyche and energy system... nothing strange... like when one receives a warm embrace from a fellow human when feeling cold and alone... and of course vice versa: when one naturally, emotionally generously embraces someone.

To bring happiness must be a natural ingredient in our mutual, interdependent coexistence. An attitude with happiness-bringing radiation enriches, heals, harmonizes, animates, develops our emotional life, promotes our human maturation in essential respects, etc.

Happiness often naturally collaborates enrichingly with gratitude, whereby a development of significance awarenessoccurs when our attitude is naturally enlightenment-oriented and when we also realize that unfortunately not many earth inhabitants live consciously in happy conditions. If we here somewhat simplify resemble this basic attitude to a tree, we can relate natural lovingness to one of the tree's larger roots. Some other, in principle equally important roots are compassion, generosity, and a desire to realize the tree's optimal perfection. The trunk of our symbolic tree can here represent the centrally tuning attitude that heartily balances beings and different conditions with significance-aware calibration, recognition, and stabilization. The branches and leaves symbolize our development, nuancing, and enlightenment towards increasingly knowing what exists in our universe and how it has been patterned. The fruitsrepresent autumnally essential consequences of the attitude's various components, intentions, and cultivation methods. Then we must not forget the tree's surroundings and atmosphere, such as the earth, air, water, heat, oxygen, and space, as well as the enabling condition of being, the fundamental awareness.

If no fundamental reality awareness would exist everywhere in the cosmos, then nothing else could exist either. Physical and energetic compositions would not exist in space-time worlds if consciousness is not present in being and in our development. It is our awareness and various calibrations of it that fundamentally enable and are responsible for what occurs in our universe. We must become increasingly insightfully aware of, among other things, our endlessl basal and clear existential awareness, which has no beginning and no end and whose function is to enable creations and events, both spontaneously original and conditioned. This beyond-conceptual awareness is both completely separate from everything relative and simultaneously not separate from anything at all. It thus encompasses everything... all big bangs, black holes, and thousands of existence spheres, such as many hellish conditions, demonic living conditions, animal worlds, our shared earthly existence, humans' different cultural worlds, warlike semi-divine worlds, around 30 god levels, different yogi worlds, different bodhisattva levels, several nirvana spheres, and some Buddha levels.

When the fundamental existence-awareness - preferably easily accessible - is integrated into our insight bank, one naturally and generously adopts a childfriendly-like attitude towards, for example, beings' belief in a divine creator as the explanation for the existence of all phenomena and beings. Here one generalizes a vague and unanalyzed idea that lacks significant understanding of multiverse conditions. Religions are belief systems and not significance-consciously method-wisdom-oriented enlightenment systems. Even academic systems still lack significant openness to wisdom, beyond-conceptual consciousness, and deeper understanding of how our worlds are colored and shaped by our attitudes and framing knowledge systems.

So... and now back to happiness. The reflections above are motivated by our need to understand that everything relative exists thanks to dynamically mutually dependent conditions. We should now become increasingly aware that we autonomize too much... we often and unconsciously substantiate and make too generalizing a number of independence and self-sufficiency... 'Happiness'... hmm... we have to increasingly come to the point where we naturally realize that there is no happiness in itself and that our satisfying, pleasant, joyful, and life-enriching experiences are always dependent on many changeable conditions. Of course, we are hereby not to renounce happy states due to their transience, but instead allow ourselves to consciously experience them fully through each season... during becoming, spring, summer, autumn, winter, and during cessation... like living waves that even out or bubbles that spontaneously emerge and dissolve in our clear and unchanging base-consciousness, which also constitutes the essence of our deepest nirvanic being. In basic reality-awareness there is no longer any preference for becoming or cessation, rise or fall, fun or boring, spring or autumn, etc... one is here liberated from attachments to different aspects of samsaric dynamics and even to nirvanic conditions.

The more happy conditions are combined with significant consciousness, the more this tends to bring about favorable circumstances. Loving coexistence can naturally sometimes be experienced as overwhelmingly positive, whereby one spontaneously and generalizingly might express: 'love is everything!', 'love is the meaning of life!', 'god is love!' ... and similar. When current emotional experiences subside, one becomes aware again that there is also something other than this. But, of course, one can naturally in certain moments of emotional expansion express oneself in a style like: 'oh, everything is loving!'

Heartfelt love-happiness constitutes one of our most valuable and life-promoting conditions, especially if these are embraced by significanceawareness To spontaneously bubble forth happiness and to naturally dance-like cultivate love waves are thus treasure-enriching chords in our collective wholeness that can embellish our lives and make us more glimmering and glorious and nectarous and more radiating and wonderfully open-hearted.

So... love-happiness thus has to be significance-consciously cultivated among the basic chords of our life's tuning fork. Let us summarize the reflections on happiness above with the following simple formula...

...to naturally long for love-happiness

among us all

has to cultivatingly be among the basic chords

that compose our

significanceaware tuning fork of life...
